The 23rd World Congress of Chinese Medicine Exhibition Notice for TCM Service & Trade Exhibition

Hosted by the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies (WFCMS), the World Congress of Chinese Medicine is a high-profile global academic event featuring large scale, extensive participation and top-tier standards in the field of TCM. To date, 22 sessions have been successfully held across the globe: China (2004), France (2005), Canada, Singapore, Macao of China, Australia (2009), the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Malaysia, the United States, Russia, Spain, New Zealand, Thailand, Italy, Hungary, Online Event hosted by China (2020), Hong Kong of China, Brazil, the Philippines, France (2024), and Australia (2025).

The 23rd World Congress of Chinese Medicine is scheduled to take place in Singapore from October 17 to 18, 2026, organized by the Singapore Chinese Physicians Association. The conference will host diverse academic exchange sessions, offering a platform for TCM experts, scholars, government officials and enterprise representatives worldwide to share theoretical research, clinical experience, scientific research outcomes, new inventions and innovations.

Concurrent with the conference, a TCM Service & Trade Exhibition will be held. Relevant arrangements are notified as follows:

I. Organizational Structure

II. Date & Venue

Conference Dates: October 17 – 18, 2026

Check-in Date: October 16, 2026

Venue: Raffles City Convention Centre, Singapore

III. Booth Registration

Booth application shall be completed via the official online conference platform. Applicants may access the registration page through the link: https://wfcms.daanjiankang.com/wfcms-m/#/meet-home, or scan the QR code below via WeChat, then submit applications under the "Exhibitor Registration" section.

IV. Exhibition Product Guidelines

To ensure exhibition compliance, all displayed products by exhibitors must meet the requirements specified in theCompliance Checklist for Exhibited Product Qualifications (hereinafter referred to as the Checklist, see attachment for full details).

V. Exhibition Fees

·The above fees cover booth space, partition panels, 1 table, 2 chairs, 1 power socket and basic lighting. Registration fees for 1-2 conference participants are waived(standard and economy booths waive registration fees for 2 participants; mini boothwaives registration fee for 1 participant).

·For detailed booth information, please contact the conference organizing committee. Please be advised that due to the limited availability of exhibition booths, you

· may be required to accept alternative arrangements if your first preference is unavailable. Booth assignments will be strictly allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, determined by the chronological order of payment receipt.
