Assistant Secretary-GeneralPan Ping, M.D., associate researcher. He graduated from Jiangxi College of Traditional Chinese Medicine (now Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine) in 1984 with a bachelor's degree in medicine, and graduated from the Institute of Medical History and Literature of China Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine (now China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences) in 1988 with a master's degree in medicine.
