Vice-President of the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies (WFCMS), General Manager Staudinger, Visits the WFCMS

On September 2, 2025, Vice Secretary-General Pan Ping of the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies met with a delegation led by Vice-President of the WFCMS and General Manager of the TCM-Klinik Bad Koetzting, Mr. Staudinger, at the WFCMS’ secretariat.

Vice Secretary-General Pan Ping first extended a warm welcome to President Staudinger and his delegation. Afterwards, a promotional video of WFCMS was played, showcasing the WFCMS' purposes, achievements, and its important role in the international promotion of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM).
 
President Staudinger stated that TCM is an important part of Chinese civilization. He felt extremely honored to personally experience its profoundness during his visit to China. He sincerely thanked WFCMS for its long-term careful support and selfless help, and earnestly invited WFCMS to send a delegation to attend the academic celebration marking the 35th anniversary of the founding of the TCM-Klinik Bad Koetzting in 2026.
 
Vice Secretary-General Pan Ping recalled that the TCM-Klinik Bad Koetzting was an early member institution of WFCMS and has long been committed to promoting the development of TCM in Germany. President Staudinger is a recipient of the 2023 Chinese Government Friendship Award, which aims to recognize foreign experts who have made outstanding contributions to China's reform and development. A total of 50 experts received this honor in 2023.
 
In the future, WFCMS will continue to provide comprehensive support to the TCM-Klinik Bad Koetzting and work together to promote the high-quality development of TCM in Germany and Europe.
 
Christina Staudinger, the TCM-Klinik Bad Koetzting’s Executive General Manager, together with Dai Jingzhang, the Commissioner of WFCMS and representatives from the Liaison Department of WFCMS, attended the meeting.
The two sides held friendly talks and took a group photo to mark the occasion.
