The 1st World Congress on Artificial Intelligence in TCM will be held from June 26-28, 2026, at the Zhijiang Hotel (No. 200 Moganshan Road, Gongshu District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China). To facilitate your travel arrangements, the organizing committee has arranged a dedicated hotel reservation channel.

Amount: 380 CNY / room night or 60 USD / room night
Note 1: Room types include Twin Room (two single beds) and King Room (one king-size bed). Both are offered at the same rate and include breakfast.
Note 2: Reservations under this notice are valid for the nights of June 26 and June 27, 2026 only. This is a special conference rate. For accommodation requests on other dates, please contact the hotel directly.
Note 3: The USD price is a fixed exchange rate settlement price, inclusive of service charges. No adjustments will be made for exchange rate fluctuations.

Option 1: Direct Booking via Hotel Official QR Code
(Requires a Mainland China mobile number to receive verification codes and WeChat Pay functionality)
（1）Payment: Please scan the QR code below to complete your hotel reservation and payment.
（2）Invoice: Please contact the hotel front desk to issue the invoice upon check-in.
（3）The hotel system defaults to single-occupancy pricing. If you wish to share a room, you must arrange your roommate independently, as the organizing committee does not facilitate room sharing.
（4）If you encounter any payment issues, please contact the hotel phone number provided at the end of this notice.
（5）The same mobile number can be used for multiple bookings. Please avoid unnecessary duplicate operations to prevent resource waste.
Option 2: Booking via WFCMS (World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies)
（1）Please choose this alternative payment method only if you are unable to receive verification codes or are restricted by cross-border payment channels/bank permissions, preventing you from completing the RMB settlement via the hotel’s official QR code.

3.Important Notes
(1) Hotel rooms are limited. Please carefully verify your check-in information and fees before payment. Once paid, the fee is non-refundable.
(2) For direct WeChat payments, the room type is confirmed at the time of payment. For bookings processed by WFCMS, specific room types cannot be guaranteed and will be assigned by the hotel based on availability.
